North West 4 Piece Competition Recap – A Weekend of Triumph for Team Penketh!

What an incredible weekend it has been at the North West Classics 4 Piece Competition! Over two exciting days, we had 15 of our amazing gymnasts from Sarah’s, Angela’s, Emily’s, and Sophia’s squads giving their all and making Team Penketh proud.

Up first on Saturday, day one, bright and early Emilia, Aaliyah, Abi, and Sophie kicked off the competition on a high note, showcasing their hard work and determination.

Sophie shone, taking home 🥈2nd on floor in Cheshire & Merseyside, 4th on bars and overall, narrowly missing out on bronze for both, and 5th on beam.

Emilia placed 7th on bars in Cheshire & Merseyside

Well done to all four of gymnasts, who all had a good clean competition we couldn’t be prouder!

Onto Sunday, day two, and our gymnasts absolutely crushed it, bringing home a haul of medals and fantastic placements. This was a long day for the gymnasts, lots who stayed to support each other, the parents, the coaches and judges alike. We would like to take a moment to thank them all for their dedication to the club. With particular thanks going to our newly qualified judge Julie who judged for us for the first time this weekend. We value every member of #TeamPenketh and are proud of the gym family atmosphere we have fostered! Every gymnast on Sunday came away with a medal and that is testament to theirs and the coaches hard work and continuous drive to improve!
