July 2025 Newsletter

Summer Display

Our Summer Display 2025 is taking place on 6th July. You should have received an email from Catherine about extra spectator tickets and what children should wear. There is also a printout of the programme on the front desk in the gym. Extra spectator tickets will be on sale until midday on Wednesday 2nd July. We will post after this on social media about any leftover spectator tickets. We can’t wait for the gymnasts to show you what they have been working on!

Summer Holidays

Please let us know if your child is going to miss classes over the summer, especially if it’s 3 or more in a row. We have a wide range of holiday clubs on offer. Here is a link to information and booking;

Holiday Clubs

We are very excited about the range of activities and clubs on offer, including our first ‘immersive week’. Please book your child onto any summer clubs they want to attend as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Award Scheme Assessment Week

Our next award scheme assessment week is going to be on week beginning 14th July. All recreational gymnasts will be assessed to see if they are ready to complete their next level. If they don’t complete it, we will update their progress on JoinIn. If your child is absent, we cannot assess them at a different time due to the amount of admin and paperwork involved. We have some award scheme holiday clubs over the summer so they can come along to one of those if you’d like them to work on their levels a bit more.

Car park

Please remember that our car park is one way. We have a lot of people trying to come out the same way they came in and it’s causing a lot of problems, especially at class changeover times. You should exit the car park past unit 5 next door and round the back. This helps the flow of traffic and keeps everyone safe.

Earrings

Please remember that earrings should be taped for the first 6 weeks when they are first pierced. You must provide this tape and apply it before they come in. After 6 weeks, earrings should be removed. Please ask if you have any questions about this.
